Refund policy
At Bryt Haven, we offer aΒ 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags and packaging intact

Please note: If you selected the wrong size or colour at checkout, we reserve the right to decline a return or exchange request. Please double-check your size using our size guide before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately on our Contact Form so we can make it right. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Claims for damaged items must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence. Claims made outside this window may not be eligible.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or colour, the fastest option is to initiate a return for your original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original tags or packaging
- Items where the wrong size was knowingly selected at checkout

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction.
